Owl Night

Okay, so I have this really ugly tree in my back yard. And I took a picture of it, because I love it, and I was showing it to my friend Katie one day and I had said off-handedly "How awesome would it be to have caught an owl in that tree?!" and she's like "Paint that!" so I did. Everything except the owls is my copy of a picture I have of my ugly tree at night, with the moon illuminating the clouds and peaking through it. I love this picture

I do not have a scanner and this is a picture of my painting. There is color loss involved.
